What it does

SKILL.md describes a set of resources for internal communications in the formats a company likes to use. Trigger whenever the ask is an internal update: status reports, leadership updates, 3P updates, company newsletters, FAQs, incident reports, project updates, and similar.

Workflow (compressed):

Identify the communication type from the request.
Load the matching guideline under examples/.
Follow that file’s formatting, tone, and content-gathering steps.

Example map (one line each — not a dump of the files):

If nothing matches, the skill asks for clarification. Prefer pulling context from available tools (Slack / Drive / email / calendar) when present; otherwise ask the user. Keywords named in the skill include 3P updates, company newsletter, weekly update, faqs, internal comms.

When to use / when not

Use when you need a weekly 3P, leadership update, internal newsletter, FAQ answer, project update, or incident write-up — and you want the skill to load a format guide instead of inventing structure each time.

Do not:

Public marketing / growth copy (wrong cluster)
Primary deliverable is Office binaries → document-skills plugin (different install unit)
Structured product/spec co-writing as the main job → live doc-coauthoring radar
Meta skill authoring / UI aesthetics / MCP server authoring → siblings skill-creator, frontend-design, mcp-builder in the same plugin (ship-queue / live 404 on those radars — prose only, no dead href) **[GAP]
